Treepeople is dedicated to improving the quality of life in the Pacific Northwest through proper tree care. Our arborists are certified by the International Society of Arboriculture and take pride in the quality of their work. Whether we are pruning a specimen laceleaf maple or roping down heavy fir limbs over a house, we work with precision, safety, and concern for the well being of our customers and their trees. Our attention to detail is second to none.

What is an Arborist? The International Society of Arboriculture (ISA) created the certified arborist program as a standard for the tree care industry. To become an arborist, one must show a sufficient level of experience in the field as well as passing a rigorous examination covering 10 domains of tree-related knowledge. Then the arborist must continue to learn by attending seminars and taking further tests maintain this certification.

Treepeople supports the work of the ISA by maintaining an active membership in the organization. We also support trees locally by donating our time to the Hoyt Arboretum.
